I tried the Activate over Internet option, but that did not work. How do I get an activation code?

Answer:

If you have any problems with Activate overInternet, use the Activate by Phone/Fax/Email instead.Clicking on Activate by Phone/Fax/Email will cause a webpage to appear that looks like:

Please note that if you have Windows XP SP2 installed, thebuttons on this page will not work until you click on the new Internet ExplorerInformation bar and choose “Allow Blocked Content”:

If you still have a problem getting the next page to open, download this file, and run it. The number that appears is your verification key. Fax or email this number along with your serial number, name, address, phone, etc. to activate @ cambridgesoft.com to get you activation code.

Activate Online is really the sameas the “Activate over Internet” button on the previous screen.You can try it again, but most likely youwill need to use either the “Activate by Email” or “Activate by Phone/Fax”button.If you are connected to theInternet, but are having problems using the “Online” option, use the “Activateby Email” button.Clicking the “Email”button will open up a web page that directs you to email the contents of thepage to activate@cambridgesoft.com afterfilling in any blank fields:

Please besure to include ALL of the information in the page above from “Serial Number”down to “Email Address” in the email you send to the “activate” address. Incomplete submissions will not receive an activation code.Your information will be processed, and areturn email will be sent to you that includes yourActivation Code.

The form is very similar for the “Phone/Fax” option:
